Bench top machine

This equipment is capable of continuous micro extruding of Fibres/Strand etc.

The unit can extrude on either the vertical or horizontal plain.

The melt pot can be pressurised, vacuumed or continuously fed with material stock.

Variable flow rates (See volume flow chart in Product Details)

Temperatures ambient to 300 degrees Celsius.

The equipment comes ready to operate.

Complete with digital controls and general tooling – Orifice dies diameter: 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm and 1 mm (Additional tooling can be made upon request).
